Terms of Service — Giga Rewards

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Giga Rewards ("the Bot," "we," "us") on Discord. By using the Bot in any server, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Bot.

1. Eligibility

You must meet Discord's own minimum age and account requirements (see Discord's Terms of Service) to use the Bot. You are responsible for complying with the laws applicable to you, including any laws regarding cryptocurrency or virtual rewards in your jurisdiction.

2. What the Bot Does

The Bot provides a gamified engagement system for the servers that install it, including:

  • Earning tiered loot boxes ("chests") through activity, tasks, and events.
  • Completing tasks (e.g., following a Twitter/X account, submitting a blockchain transaction, hitting invite milestones) to earn rewards.
  • Progressing through ranks based on Discord roles.
  • Accumulating an in-bot balance and requesting withdrawal of that balance to a cryptocurrency wallet.
  • Spending balance in an in-server shop for cosmetic perks (e.g., color roles, nickname changes).
  • Voting for the server on external platforms (Top.gg, Discadia, DiscordServers) in exchange for in-bot rewards.

Features available to you depend on how each server administrator configures the Bot and may change at any time.

3. Not Gambling — Rewards Are One-Way

The Bot is a promotional rewards and engagement tool, not a game of chance, betting, or gambling service. In particular:

  • Chests cannot be purchased. You cannot spend real money, cryptocurrency, or any other item of value to obtain a chest, to reroll its contents, or to influence its rarity. Chests are earned only through free activity (tasks, participation, invites, voting, promotions, and similar engagement).
  • No wagering. At no point are you asked to risk, stake, or pay anything of value for a chance to win a reward. Every transaction flows in one direction only — from the Bot/server to you — never the reverse.
  • In-bot balance has no purchase price. Balance is accumulated exclusively through earning it in the ways described above; it is never sold or exchanged for incoming payment from users.
  • The shop is spend-only, not chance-based. Spending earned balance in the in-server shop always yields a fixed, disclosed cosmetic item (e.g., a specific color role); shop purchases never involve randomized outcomes.
  • Withdrawals are a payout, not a payment. Requesting a withdrawal converts balance you already earned into a payout to your wallet; you are never required to pay, deposit, or transfer anything to us to make a withdrawal or to unlock a reward.

If a jurisdiction's law would nonetheless classify any current or future feature of the Bot as gambling, that feature is void and disabled in that jurisdiction, and we may restrict access accordingly.

4. Account Balance & Withdrawals

  • Balance shown in the Bot is an in-platform record, not a stored-value account, deposit, or financial product. It has no value outside of what the operating server chooses to honor.
  • Withdrawal requests are subject to a minimum amount, manual admin review, and approval or rejection at the discretion of the server's administrators.
  • You are solely responsible for providing an accurate withdrawal wallet address. We are not responsible for funds sent to an incorrect, incompatible, or malicious address that you supplied. Withdrawals are typically processed on BSC/BEP20 (EVM-compatible networks); sending to an address on an unsupported network may result in permanent loss of funds.
  • We reserve the right to delay, deny, reverse, or claw back a balance credit or withdrawal that resulted from a bug, exploit, fraud, duplicate/alt accounts, or other abuse of the reward system.
  • Rewards and payout rates are set at the discretion of the server operator and TitanFi, and may be changed, paused, or discontinued at any time without prior notice.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use multiple accounts, bots, automated scripts, or other means to falsely inflate invites, tasks, streaks, votes, or balance ("farming" or exploiting the reward system).
  • Submit false, fraudulent, or misleading proof to complete a task (e.g., a fake transaction hash or fabricated screenshot).
  • Attempt to access, disrupt, reverse-engineer, or interfere with the Bot, its API, or its underlying infrastructure.
  • Use the Bot for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering or evading sanctions.
  • Circumvent moderation actions, bans, or rank/role restrictions.

6. Enforcement

Violation of these Terms or a server's own rules may result in, at the discretion of server administrators or us:

  • Forfeiture of balance, chests, or pending withdrawals tied to the violation.
  • Removal of ranks, roles, or cosmetic rewards.
  • Suspension or permanent ban from using the Bot ("banishment"), in a specific server or across servers where we detect coordinated abuse.
  • Rejection of task or promotion submissions, which may include a direct message notifying you of the rejection reason.

7. Third-Party Services

Certain features depend on third-party platforms (Discord, Twitter/X, Google Sheets, Top.gg, Discadia, DiscordServers, blockchain networks). We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or conduct of these third-party services, and your use of them is subject to their own terms.

8. No Warranty

The Bot is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee the Bot will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of bugs that may affect chests, tasks, balances, or withdrawals.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Bot, including loss of virtual balance, chests, or cryptocurrency sent to an incorrect address. Our total liability for any claim arising from use of the Bot is limited to the lesser of (a) any withdrawal amount actually owed and improperly withheld due to our error, or (b) $50 USD.

10. Changes to the Bot or These Terms

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Bot, and may update these Terms, at any time. Continued use of the Bot after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above.

11. Termination

A server administrator may remove the Bot from their server at any time. We may also restrict or terminate your access to the Bot's features for violation of these Terms or to protect the integrity of the reward system.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to TitanFi's place of operation, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where local consumer protection law requires otherwise.
